Returns and Return Policy

RETURNS

According to the legislation in force, our return policy is valid for 14 days from the day you received the product. If more than 14 days have passed since that date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, with the sealed carton label intact, and in the same condition that you received it (no stains, no traces of perfume, no signs of having been worn or washed), accompanied by the tax invoice. 

We recommend using the original packaging. We will also appreciate it if you pass it on to us the completed return form (the data for the form are in the invoice that was sent to the email address indicated by you). The return form is not mandatory but it helps us to improve our products. 

Careful! Without the invoice, your return will not be able to be processed, because the sales data will be missing.

The returned product will be unworn, without stains, and will have the seal label attached. If this is missing, the return cannot be processed.

You can return the product by any courier service other than Posta Romana.

Once your return is received it is inspected. You will receive a notification about the approval or rejection of your return.

We use the application for payments but also for reimbursements Stripe. The money will be returned to the account associated with the card with which the payment was made, so there is no need to provide us with your bank account details.

If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically sent to the account of the card with which the payment was made, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product at our address.

 

LATE REFUNDS OR NO REFUNDS (if any)

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days for the refund to officially appear in your account. Often times, there is a processing period of several days before a refund is recorded.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We replace items only if they have manufacturing defects. Return the defective product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from the amount paid.

Important! We do not accept parcels sent by Romanian Post.

Send the product only by courier services, to the address indicated above. You choose the courier company, because the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

 

EXCHANGE SIZES

We are currently unable to process size changes. You can return a product and buy another one.
