Do you have a showroom or physical store? How can I see or try on Milla Milla dresses?

At the moment we only have an online store, with a warehouse in Bucharest, so there is no possibility to try it on with us. But you can try it on at home, after you buy it on the site and we can help you with the size selection if you contact us by email, messaging or Whatsapp. We remind you that you can return a product within 14 days from the moment you received it.

Model X in size Y is no longer available. When will you restock?

All our products are in small series, meaning between 15 and 30 pieces per model (all sizes included). Once the stock is sold out, it is not restocked. I suggest you subscribe to the Newsletter, because we launch new products with all sizes in stock quite often, and this way you will be the first to know.

I bought a product and would like to exchange it, but on the website under the Returns section it says that an exchange cannot be made, why?

If you wish to exchange a product, this can only be done by purchasing a new one and returning the unsuitable one. Unfortunately, we do not have a system to manage a product exchange, meaning blocking one product from sale until the other one arrives back.

I want to pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. Is that possible?

The only payment method accepted on our site is card payment. We use the payment application stripe.com which is one of the most secure in the world. No one has access to your bank or card details. Your security is very important to us.

What are French sizes like?

French sizes are offset, meaning one size smaller. If you don't know what size suits you but also for greater accuracy in choosing the size, we advise you to contact us via Whatsapp/phone +40722788450 or email with your bust and waist circumferences. For each product, you have the SIZE GUIDE displayed on the right of the screen.

Can you modify a product for me? I like dress X but it's too long/short/small/big.

We do not make modifications to our products because we do not own a workshop.

Do you also take orders? I want a personalized dress.

We do not make custom dresses because we do not own a workshop.

Do you deliver to any country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide via DPD or DHL. Find all delivery rates here

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed by 12:00 on any business day will be delivered the next day, in Bucharest or in the country. During holidays or when we launch new collections, this may be longer, i.e. up to 4 business days. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. We inform you that we are unable to deliver a product on the same day or on weekends.
